DESCRIPTION:TECBAR will be hosting an Adjudication Training Day on Monday 2
 7 July 2026\, to be held at at 4 New Square Chambers\, London.\n\nThe trai
 ning will be chaired by Calum Lamont KC of Keating Chambers. It will begin
  at 1:00pm\, concluding with a keynote speech from Mr Justice Constable at
  4:30pm\, followed by a drinks reception from 5pm.\n\nThe trainers (Martin
  Bowdery KC\, Alexander Nissen KC and Jonathan Cope) will cover "Adjudicat
 ion from cradle to (almost) grave” to include the following topics:\n- 
  Appointment\n-  Liaison with Parties\n-  Dealing with Challenges\n-  D
 irections\n-  Raising Concerns\n-  Dealing with Ambush\n-  Requests for
  Time &amp\; Meetings\n-  Taking the Initiative\n-  Incomplete Submissio
 ns\n-  Never-ending Submissions AI Submissions\n-  Privileged documents\
 n-  Extending time\n- The Award: Form\, Content\, Length and writing a bu
 lletproof decision\n\nCompletion of TECBAR's Adjudication Training is one 
 means by which members may satisfy the CPD requirement and/or apply for in
 clusion on the TECBAR Adjudication panel.\n\nAll TECBAR members are welcom
 e to attend\, irrespective of current or planned panel membership.\n\nDeta
