  collaboration with the Leeds Business and Property Courts Forum and the L
 eeds Law Society present: Current and Future Trends in Construction Law an
 d Practice – a panel event chaired by her Honour Judge Kelly\, followed 
 by an address by Mr Justice Waksman\, Judge in Charge of the Technology an
 d Construction Court\, on Current and Future Trends in the work of the TCC
 .\n\nOur panel\, which will be chaired by Her Honour Judge Kelly\, will in
 clude Steven Walker KC (Atkin Chambers)\, Andrew Singer KC (Kings Chambers
 )\, Andrew Kearney (Gatehouse Chambers)\, Luke Wygas (4 Pump Court) and El
 lie Folger (Ward Hadaway) and will be discussing topics such as recent upd
 ates to the Arbitration Act\, the building safety regime and developments 
 in adjudication.\n\nThe panel discussion will be followed by a talk from M
