On 25 June 2025, Simon Hargreaves KC and David Sheard will be giving a lecture on the recent URS v BDW judgment issued by the Supreme Court. Both counsel appeared for the Respondent in the lower courts and the Supreme Court.
The lecture will take place at Keating Chambers, commencing at 6:00pm. The lecture will be 45 minutes, followed by a Q&A session and drinks reception.
