The Building Safety Act: recent developments and case law
Under the chairmanship of His Honour Judge Stephen Davies, the Manchester BPC Forum is delighted to welcome the new Judge in charge of the Technology and Construction Court, Mr Justice Adam Constable, to speak on important recent developments and case law in relation to the Building Safety Act 2022, which will be of great interest to all construction and real property lawyers.
This event is being hosted by Kennedys at their offices on the 3rd and 4th Floors, Trinity, 16 John Dalton Street, Manchester M2 6HY and will be available both in person and remotely.
This event will take place on Wednesday 22 April 2026, starting at 5:30 pm, with registration from 5pm, and will be followed by drinks.
