The Technology and Construction Bar Association, in collaboration with the Leeds Business and Property Courts Forum and the Leeds Law Society present: Current and Future Trends in Construction Law and Practice – a panel event chaired by her Honour Judge Kelly, followed by an address by Mr Justice Waksman, Judge in Charge of the Technology and Construction Court, on Current and Future Trends in the work of the TCC.
Our panel, which will be chaired by Her Honour Judge Kelly, will include Steven Walker KC (Atkin Chambers), Andrew Singer KC (Kings Chambers), Andrew Kearney (Gatehouse Chambers), Luke Wygas (4 Pump Court) and Ellie Folger (Ward Hadaway) and will be discussing topics such as recent updates to the Arbitration Act, the building safety regime and developments in adjudication.
The panel discussion will be followed by a talk from Mr Justice Waksman.
